“The History of Money Circulation in Armenia: Finances for Everyone” – an Exhibition in Kapan
An exhibition titled “The History of Money Circulation in Armenia: Finances for Everyone” opened in Kapan, Syuniq region, Armenia, on September 12, 2017. The exhibition will offer the residents of the region to learn about the history of national currency and money circulation as well as the activities of the Central Bank of Armenia.
The Central Bank has initiated similar exhibitions elsewhere in Armenia – Vanadzor, Ijevan, Yeghegnadzor, Gyumri, Gavar, Ashtarak, Artashat, Hrazdan, Armavir, as well as in the Republic of Artsakh. The exhibition will be open by September 19, 2017. With the support of Syuniq regional governorate, schoolchildren and students will be able to visit the exhibition. In Yerevan, schoolchildren and students visit the Central Bank and get to know about the Bank’s operations by touring around. The purpose of this initiative is to provide such an opportunity for pupils, students and population of Syuniq region.
